Announcement Position: Store Man

Duties:

  • Control Stock In & Out with the request & receiving Form.
  • Report to controller manager is the stock need to be refilled.
  • Do the monthly count in the main stock. – Do the monthly count in the housekeeping storage.
  • Support other department when they need the new tools.
  • Handle and follow up on the item request & warranty.
  • Do the price comparison when the new item needs to order.
  • Record and update on the system for the lost or damage item.
  • Control on the junk item. – Other tasks will be assigned by manager.

Job Requirement:

  • Female / male 18 to 32 years old.
  • Male equally considered.
  • High school Graduated / related work experience.
  • Ability to identify problem issues and implement solutions.
  • Fair command of English – can use computer Microsoft offices.
  • can use internet and e-mail.

Announcement Position: Bartender

Duties:

  • Interact with customers, take orders for drinks and food.
  • Check identification of the guest to make sure they meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol and tobacco products.
  • Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with Sky Bar standard drink recipes.
  • Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages.
  • Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.
  • Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
  • Ability to sell or influence others for up selling and suggestive selling.
  • Provide recommendations and suggestions to guest for choosing drinks.
  • Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Determine when a customer has had too much alcohol and if requested refusing any further serving on a polite way.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions.
  • Clean up after customers and clean work area.
  • Maintain a clean working area by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of stock areas, etc.

Job Requirement:

  • At least 1 or 2 years of bartending experiences required in a mid-scale or Luxury property.
  • Female / male 18 to 30 years old.
  • Must be able to communicate in fluent English.
  • Ability to resolve disputes and solve problems internal team.
  • Directly supervising a variety of staffs.
  • Strong leadership and a good team player.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Job Requirement:

  • Male 18 to 30 years old;
  • Must be able to understand speak, read and write English to a good standard. Other language skills are welcomed.
